Postings to facebook/twitter

Postby Marielle Lacle » Fri Sep 16, 2011 1:59 pm

When I try to schedule messages in the planner it indicates that there is a limit of 140 words, is there any way that I can extend this limit to post longer messages? Thanks! Marielle

Hello,

The 140 is based on Twitter - that is the maximum for them. We will soon be adding in a feature which allows longer posts when going to Facebook only.

Hello :)

We scheduled messages to go out for the entire week to Facebook and Twitter.

They started posting this morning.

The problem is that indented under the message post there is a link to an event and it links back to squareberry. We don't have any events. These are only message posts to Facebook and Twitter. When you click on the link it takes you back to a blank event page on the squareberry site. We are able to recreate this issue.

Is this a bug?

How do we keep it from posting these non-existing events in the post?

Regards,

Ken Roberts
